For the past several nights, I've struggled for a decent night's sleep. I'm not sure exactly what's bothering me or causing my predicament. Perhaps I have a lot on my mind; perhaps it's physiological. Whatever the case, I really want to sleep. It's beginning to take it's toll on me mentally, and I'm finding I'm a little shorter with my family than usual.

What do you do when you can't sleep?


  1. Believe it or not, I try to fix my thoughts on cast iron when I can't sleep. It's something pleasant that I enjoy thinking about and it usually works!
